Construction start and end

To prepare for the Jock's Lodge improvement scheme, work in Skidby started on 31 July 2023 and completed at the end of 2023. These works included:

  • Moving the current bus stop on the A164 to Main Street in Skidby, making it easier for passengers to get to the bus stop.
  • Constructing a new roundabout at the junction of Main Street and Beverley Road, Skidby.

The main works for the Jock's Lodge improvement scheme commenced on 08 January 2024 and is expected to complete by the end of 2026
