Updated 24 June 2024

From Monday 15 April 2024, lane closures will be in effect on the dual carriageway section of the A1079 to facilitate works being carried out safely. Throughout the works, a speed limit of 30mph will apply in works areas.

The A1079 Beverley bypass will be closed on the nights of 10th and 11th July 2024 between the hours of 19:00hrs and 05:00hrs, in order for the workforce to carry out white lining works and install cats eyes on the carriageway safely in preparation for a contraflow to be put into place. The closure area will stretch from Killingwoldgraves Roundabout to Dunswell Roundabout and affect both directions.

All dates subject to change.
